Happy Friday!!

TODAY IS MY FATHER'S 52ND BIRTHDAYYYY!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD! LOVE YA!

Hopefully my parents and I will go to Crave's, a new restaurant that opened up downtown, to celebrate Dad's birthday. My mom has gone before with two co-workers and she loves the place so I'm eager to try it as well. The new 007 movie comes to today and my father LOVES 007 so I'm thinking about taking him tomorrow to see it. Inside his card I made a coupon for a "Daddy Daughter Date". I wonder when he'll cash it in! lol...My father and I have a great relationship. He's tough and so am I. I learned how to be tough from him and although we don't agree on everything there's a level of respect and trust there that binds us together. I help him reconsider his strictness and he helps me put my independence in perspective. He doesn't overwhelm me with opinion just facts from life and because of his success and relationship with God I know he offers me nothing but the best. What I love most about him is that over the years he has always allowed me to be me. Not nagging or hovering or babying just always loving and giving me the necessary space to grow.
